[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

This event will be for Midaxo only employees who qualify. 


**If you choose to bring a guest, then all costs associated with the guest attending will be your responsibility.  It will cost $85 per night to add the guest to your room for their all-inclusive package.   In the registration link under special requests just add a guest will be attending and their legal name.   You can pay this at check-in by Credit Card. 

Also you can either book their flight directly through the airline or when you book your flight through Direct Travel (Colpitts) there is an option to pay for your guest by personal credit card.  Complete the link and in the travel related comments section mention you will be bringing a guest.  They will reach out to you with next steps!

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by January 18th.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked by the event Flight Partner Direct Travel/Colpitts.  Midaxo will cover the cost of the flights directly from your home office location to Cancun round-trip so not need to provide payment.  If you are flying outside the event dates/location and there is an additional cost, you will be asked to cover that directly with Direct Travel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, you will need to cover any additional costs from extending your trip including flight difference, transfer costs, and hotel stay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I book my own airport transportation in Cancun?

All attendees will have airport transfers in Cancun organized for them if they are arriving March 7th and departing March 10th. 

** If you are coming early or extending then transportation will be your own responsibility.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will Midaxo cover my cell phone roaming fees?

At Live Aqua, we have negotiated internet free of charge.  Please do not expense cell phone charges while traveling in Mexico. 

Verizon has a Travel Pass option in which you can use your phone without roaming fees for $5 per day.  Please call your local provider to inquire about options is interested.


[fa icon="plus-square"] Can you make reservations for the speciality restaurants?

No, all specialty restaurants are first come first serve.  

If you are looking for an off-site dinner reservation please speak to the hospitality desk to book that for you.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to tip?

At Live Aqua ALL TIPS are included. 

Midaxo will be handling tips with the transfer companies and all activities (spa included).  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need a passport? or Visa

Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months AFTER the trip. 

Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport. 

When you enter Cancun you will be asked to complete an Immigration form. You must KEEP this completed form and hand it in on your departing flight.  Please do not misplace this document. 

You will need a machine-readable passport (usually 2005 and newer).


[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communciated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will be updated weekly to reflect event changes.
